Sticky Sriracha Chicken Wings


6-8 full chicken wings
salt & pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Sriracha Glaze
5 tbsp sriracha sauce
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp honey
½ lime
4 tbsp butter


preheat oven to 395°F
mix the chicken wings with salt & pepper and oil
bake for 40 minutes to get it crispy
heat up a wok/pan and melt the butter until foamy
add in sriracha sauce (add more if you want it spicier), honey, salt and half a lime juice
bubble the sauce
mix the baked chicken wings in half the sauce mixture
bake the glazed wings again for 10 minutes
reheat the remaining sauce and add in the baked & glazed wings to the sauce
serve up the chicken wings with some toasted sesame seeds and green onions as garnish

#P&Y Tips:

leave room beside the wings when baking to ensure they can be baked crispy
